Managing Director since 2014, Ketty de Falco has been appointed CEO of Institut CSA.
With this appointment, Havas has confirmed the path taken by CSA since it joined the group in October 2015. As CEO, Ketty de Falco will oversee CSA's strategic roadmap, which was launched in January 2016 and revolves around three themes:
- The integration of data, at the heart of the institute's positioning, with crossing of behavorial and attitudinal data.
- Digital technology, with the deployment of operational solutions focused on capturing the customer experience.
- International expansion, initiated in 2016 thanks to the Havas Media network, with the opening of several offices in Europe and Asia.
Ketty de Falco started her career with NFO Infratest in 1998 as a research executive. In 2001, she joined CSA TMO, managed by CSA's founder Claude Suquet, to develop a CRM tool.
She then joined Research International (Kantar) as Research Director in charge of the Telecom team. She continued her career with Ipsos Marketing as Director of the Industry & Services Department and Ipsos Vantis (the group's entity specialising in forecasting), before joining the management team of Synovate France (Aegis) in March 2010 as Deputy Managing Director. She participated in Synovate's recovery until it was sold to Ipsos. Ketty joined the CSA Institute in January 2012 as Development Director before being appointed Deputy Managing Director in 2013.
Ketty de Falco is 40 years old and graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Rennes and the IAE in Lille with a postgraduate diploma in marketing.
